Many years of experience with workwear

The company was founded in 1982, and has the second generation of the Grosbøl family at the helm, Michael Grosbøl. In Europe the company employs more than 300 employees, who develop, market and sell workwear. Globally the company employs more than 2800 employees. The remaining employees work at MASCOT’s departments in Vietnam and Laos, where not only the production of workwear and safety workwear takes place, but also where a lot of administrative tasks are handled.

Here MASCOT’s dedicated employees produce the workwear that is designed in Denmark and that can withstand the daily wear and tear on your workplace. That is also why MASCOT offers free lunch for all employees in Asia, and has established a free medical clinic in the factories for the employees. MASCOT’s four fabrics in Vietnam and Laos are all SA8000 certified. Thereby, the factories have the most acknowledged certification within social responsibility/CSR.
