Returning products bought on the MASCOT® WebShop is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps, and you'll quickly get back to your work. You must return the products within 14 days unless your distributor has specified otherwise.
1) Complete the return form. 2) Send the products to your dealer* - remember to include your order number. 3) Your dealer will check your return. 4) If the return is approved, you will get a refund, otherwise your dealer will contact you.
*You, as the customer, are responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the goods. For return shipping, you have a free choice of distribution partner. We recommend using recognized partners such as GLS, DB Schenker, PostNord or similar.
