Returning products* bought on the MASCOT® WebShop is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps, and you'll quickly get back to your work. You must return the products within 14 days.
1) Click here and request a return form. You will receive the return form in the e-mail. 2) Complete the return form and send the products to your distributor. 3) The distributor will check your return. 4) If the return is approved, you will get a refund, otherwise your distributor will contact you.
*It is not possible to return products with transfers, unless the product is faulty, such as if the transfer is incorrect or if the product is damaged.
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract without providing reason within fourteen days.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, and who is not the consignor, takes ownership of the last good.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us about your decision to cancel this contract by sending a clear statement (e.g. a registered letter, fax or email) to us at: (Mascot International Ltd., 3, Hardman Street, M3 3HF Manchester, United Kingdom, email: email@example.com, phone: +45 8724 4820). You can use the attached cancellation form template for this, although it is not mandatory.
You can also electronically fill out and transfer the cancellation form template or another clear statement on our website https://www.mascotwebshop.co.uk/Category/ReturnForm. If you make use of this option, you will immediately receive confirmation (e.g. via email) that your cancellation notice has been submitted.
To safeguard the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that notification of your decision to exercise your cancellation right is sent before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Results of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you having chosen another form of deliver than the most cost-effective standard delivery option that we offer), immediately and, at the latest, within fourteen days of the date on which we receive the message concerning your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same mode of payment used by you in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur charges in connection with this repayment. We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, depending on which point in time is earlier.
You must send back or transfer the goods to us or to Mascot International Ltd., 3, Hardman Street, M3 3HF Manchester, United Kingdom, email: firstname.lastname@example.org, phone: +45 8724 4820 and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The period is safeguarded is you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs for sending the goods back. You will only be required to pay compensation for any loss of value to the goods if, upon examination of the quality, features and functions of the goods, this loss of value can be traced back to unnecessary handling by you.
The right to cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured in accordance with an individual selection or decision made by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer.
