ESD-approved protective safety footwear protects products handled by the wearer from static electricity. In some sectors, it is a requirement that certain areas are ESD secured in order to protect electrical components and equipment. The footwear is partially conductive, which means that the environment you work in is partially protected against static electricity. Protect your feet with cold insulating footwear when working at low temperatures or on cold surfaces. The footwear can withstand a maximum temperature drop of up to 10° C within 30 minutes at temperatures of down to -17° C. The sole is oil and fuel resistant. Protect your feet with heat insulating footwear that is designed for working in high temperatures or on hot surfaces. The footwear can withstand a maximum temperature increase of 22 °C within 30 minutes at temperatures up to 150 °C. The outsole is resistant to up to 300°C heat contact. Ladder grip beneath the sole ensures optimum grip on the steps of the ladder and helps to prevent slipping. The footwear has durable scuff cap abrasion over the upper part of the footwear, which helps to extend its lifespan. The footwear has an anti-slip outsole which has been tested in relation to the standard. EN ISO 20345: 2022 is a European standard for safety footwear that ensures that safety shoes, boots and sandals conform to the necessary requirements of working in areas where safety is a high priority. All safety footwear from MASCOT® FOOTWEAR is certified in accordance with EN ISO 20345: 2022. Waterproof and breathable safety footwear with protective toe cap, antistatic soles and a closed heel area. Footwear in this safety class have flexible textile nail protection which provides guaranteed protection against nails and sharp objects down to a diameter of 3 mm. The textile nail protection is moisture wicking and provides good protection against the cold and heat. The outsole compound has an outsole with cleats to ensure a stable footing on all surfaces.
